WITec alpha300RA Confocal Raman Microscope Compact and flexible single-wavelength platform optimized for high-end spectroscopy applications and confocal Raman imaging. Extendable to state-of-the art scanning probe (SPM) and scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) experiments.
